Greetings, Cardinal Family!
I am thrilled to introduce myself as Annabelle Lee, the newly appointed principal of Tracy Charter School. It is truly an honor to join this forward-thinking community of learners, and I am eagerly looking forward to the exciting journey ahead.
With over 25 years of experience in education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my role. I am a proud graduate of UC Santa Cruz (Go Slugs!) and have earned my master's degree from CSU East Bay. Throughout my career, I have dedicated over 15 years to teaching in the classroom before transitioning into school administration in 2017.
My vision for our students and staff is to create an environment where each individual is celebrated and valued. I strongly believe that every student should feel safe and empowered to achieve their full potential. This school will be a place where accomplishments are recognized, and support is readily available when needed. My hope is to inspire our students to find their own motivation and drive to succeed.
I am excited about collaborating with our exceptional students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. Together, we will work diligently to provide a unique and fulfilling school experience for everyone involved. Let us embark on this incredible journey of growth, discovery, and achievement, hand in hand.

Mr. Troy Edwards, Head Counselor
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Troy Edwards and I will be the School Counselor for Tracy Charter School (TISCS). I am excited and honored to be joining this amazing team of educators and staff. I look forward to meeting the students and parents of TCS.
As a School Counselor, my primary responsibility is to promote the academic, personal, and social development of all students. My job is to help prepare students for college and career readiness. I look forward to offering support to the students, families and the community. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to help students achieve their personal/social and academic goals, as well as provide support for the parents and teachers.
